🔐 CED Portal - Password Recovery Guide

Follow the steps below to regain access to your account if you’ve forgotten your password.

Step 1: Recover Your Email (if unsure)

1. Select the "Email Recovery" option from the login page.
2. Enter your matric number, surname, and first name.
3. If correct, your registered email address will be displayed.

Step 2: Recover Your Password

1. Select the "Password Recovery – Personal Detail" option.
2. Provide the following:
   • Your Email Address
   • Matriculation Number
   • Surname (Last Name)
3. If the details match, you’ll be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.

Step 3: Confirmation

• After setting a new password, you may not see a success message.
• However, you will be redirected to the login page.
• This redirection means your password has been successfully updated.
